You have experience leading high-energy functional training classes, as well as experience managing community spaces, and you want to take your background to the next level through program development, volunteer recruitment and engagement, and community center growth. You are invested in recovery from substance use disorder and believe in the power of community. You care about helping to reduce the stigmas around living sober. This role will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada and will support the organization by leading the recruiting, onboarding, and development of all new volunteers, equipping them to take meaningful ownership of the Community Center and allowing us to continue to scale our local impact. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and will be comfortable navigating high-pressure situations with agility and sound judgment. SALARY AND BENEFITS
This role will be posted from May 4 at 4 PM Eastern Time until June 15 at 4 PM Eastern Time. Early applicants may be given preference if application volume is high. Candidates are interviewed on a rolling basis and interviews may continue past application deadline. Hiring decisions will be made no earlier than close of listing and may require additional time beyond this date.
Pay Range $60,000—$70,000 USD
