The Company: Our Company is a Dual-Diagnosis Enhanced, Behavioral Health Treatment and Housing Provider in Salt Lake City, Utah. They Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions for Individuals who Have Chronic Behavioral Health Conditions, Histories of Homelessness, Mental Illness, Criminal Justice Involvement, and Primary Health Concerns.

The Position: Our Company Is Looking for an ACT Team Manager who Oversees Daily Operations and Clinical Integrity of The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. This Role Ensures Fidelity to the SAMHSA ACT Model While Providing Leadership to a Multidisciplinary Team Serving Adults With Serious Mental Illness.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000-$103,000 Depending On Experience
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities:

• 36 Hour Work Week
• Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday To Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Manage and Supervise a Multidisciplinary ACT Team (8–14 Staff)
• Ensure Fidelity to SAMHSA ACT Model and Salt Lake County Fidelity Tools
• Oversee Daily Scheduling to Ensure Each Client Receives a Minimum Of 4 Contacts per Week
• Provide Clinical Supervision and Facilitate Daily Team Meetings
• Monitor Documentation, Treatment Plans, Crisis Plans, and Risk Assessments
• Ensure Compliance With Medicaid/Medicare and Accreditation Standards
• Track Performance Metrics (Hospitalizations, Engagement, Housing Stability, Service Intensity)
• Participate in Audits and Lead Quality Improvement Efforts
• Oversee Program Budget, Staffing Schedules, Billing Accuracy, and Resource Allocation
• Collaborate With Community Stakeholders (E.g., Salt Lake County Behavioral Health, Optum)

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Field (MSW, CMHC, Or Related)
• Current Utah Professional Licensure
• Minimum 3 Years Post-Licensure Experience (5+ Years Post-Graduate Preferred)
• Strong Knowledge Of ACT Model And Fidelity Measures
• Experience Working With Schizophrenia, Bipolar I, Schizoaffective Disorders, And Co-Occurring Substance Use
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certification Required
