to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to execute strategic Finance Projects and Programs on our 2030 integrated roadmap.

As a Program Manager, you will be part of Modern Finance's Spend Cluster and primarily execute projects aligned to the Spend Customer Function (Sourcing & Procurement). You will primarily focus on end to end execution of assigned project(s), which may be standalone or part of a wider Program of initiatives. You will be responsible for high quality delivery of all project goals, collaborating with large stakeholder groups, leading change management activities required for the successful achievement of project objectives and leverage technology to execute effectively and efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Independently structure, lead and execute complex finance projects & programs collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally

- Project Documentation & Coordination: Own, define and maintain appropriate project documentation in our in-house. Project Management Tool, to ensure transparency, clarity of objectives and consistent alignment of project deliverables, following defined Modern Finance execution norms and standards.

- Project Discovery: Lead and collaborate with function teams in performing discovery on projects

- Risk Management: Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to meet timelines, budget & objectives. Work proactively

with the business to resolve critical issues.

- Process & Automation Support: Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose, identifying changes needed to support project objectives and leading process mapping, documentation and update requirements

- Change Management: Identify change impact, incorporate readiness and adoption requirements, comms and BAU plans within Project Plans, overseeing change deliverables and where larger change impact, collaborating closely with designated Change SME's on best practices, execution of deliverables.

- Resource & Stakeholder Management: Determine business roles and resources needed to ensure successful project delivery, identifying & resolving resource constraints assigned to projects.

- Communication & Support: Develop strong team and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, status updates and communication plans.


Requirements


- Project Management: Ability to independently & proactively lead the execution of complex and ambiguous projects, leveraging project management best practices, ways of working, and standards. Ability to align project structure, approach, resources, governance and outputs to project needs. PMI/Agile or similar qualifications preferred.

- Change Management: Ability to identify change impact to stakeholders, users and teams and build change, readiness and adoption approach that is tailored to the project. Leverages strong communication skills and knowledge of best practices, frameworks and toolkits to own/coordinate change management deliverables. PROCI or similar qualifications preferred.

- Process Excellence: Understanding of process mapping, Lean 6 Sigma/DIMAC methodology, and core Finance processes.

- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and build positive working relationships.

- Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business functions and ability to

support the execution strategies of assigned Finance functions.

- Digital Acumen: Ability to leverage emerging technologies to enhance execution, testing, requirements & reporting and execute efficiently.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting information and tracking progress.

- Learning Agility: Willingness to learn about Finance functions and new technologies.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and contribute to solutions for operational challenges.

- Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environment.
