This is an onsite position based in Bend, OR. Relocationassistanceis available for eligible candidates and their families.

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. You will act as the main operational contact, guide projects through key milestones, and advocate for customer needs across the Lonza network.

What you will do

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams throughout the full program lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and program profitability with core team members.
  • Partner with Account Management to build and execute long-term program strategies.
  • Establishand maintain effective internal and external governance structures.
  • Prepare Statements of Work and support the approval process.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering-related field.
  • Demonstratedexperience in project or program management within regulated environments.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences organizations is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and standard office software.
  • A track recordof delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability toinfluence ina matrix organization.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers, teams, and leadership.
