Job DetailsJob Location: ICS Burlington - Marlton, NJ 08053Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 SalaryThe Program Manager will supervise and ensure a safe environment and work with the staff to establish a positive treatment program. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a trauma-informed, strengths-base, developmentally appropriate therapeutic program that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. Position has primary responsibility for budgets, scheduling and staff performance. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Monitor program outcomes, service delivery, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Direct coordination of daily program activities
Hire, supervise and evaluate all Program staff, including scheduling of "on call" staff members.
Develop and implement orientation and training programs for all Program employees
Participate in and share leadership of staff meetings.
Develop and implement Program staff schedule. Address and approve timecards
Provide a point of contact for Consumer's family and other community resources.
Support family and provider engagement and participate in collaborative meetings.
Actively engages in all pre crisis and crisis interventions, seeking to establish a positive outcome.
Oversee staff crisis response, incident reporting, and follow up.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time position which includes:
3.2 weeks of PTO in first year

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education or other closely related fields. Substantive experience in the field may be considered in lieu of degree. (Minimum of 5 yrs experience).
