Clean Harbors in Stockton, CA is looking to hire a Program Manager. This position would be responsible for growing, maintaining, and coordinating existing programs with an assigned region.

  • Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met
  • Meet weekly with admins to go over unbilled, AR and pending branch items
  • Identify reoccurring AR issues that need improvement and provide resolutions, such as revising rejected invoices
  • Help develop our internal processes and system to align with customer PMO system
  • Work with our assigned GCC team and Ebilling team to make sure our invoices are successfully submitted
  • Provide customized data reports on specific spend to customer and branch
  • Provide management with update reports on each account and any issues that are outstanding
  • Perform special projects/ tasks as assigned
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and oversee project managers as well as other team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents for large strategic projects. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Provide a quarterly roadmap with projects and resources to be in alignment with the business objectives for the program.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment in a team format collaborating with all members of business
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial while also being persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent verbal, written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with using excel and organizing large data files. Preferred experience in pivot tables and vlookups.
