We currently seek a dynamic Program Manager to drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs including scheduling, planning, product and project cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment. This role will be heavily involved in leading the cross-functional teams from sales, productions, and purchasing. You must have an exceptional project management and communication skills in order to succeed in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order management: manage daily server BO changes / convert into material demand planning for server assembly;
  • Material management: daily follow up ready to build and shortage material for communication to production in regards of build schedule and with procurement in regards of shortage recovery;
  • Daily order status update to sales and external party (if needed) with readiness for clear to build order and recovery and plan build schedule in case of shortage;
  • Identify critical issues and follow up with proper escalation to allocate resource for issue resolution, if needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field;
  • Reasoning Ability: work efficiently with cross-functional teams, and especially multiple internal work groups;
  • PC or Server Hardware experience and knowledge;
  • Excel / analytical skills;
  • Excellent in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing), Chinese speaking skill is a plus;
  • Planning / Manufacturing experience in IT hardware is a plus.
