Position Title SOAS Program Manager

Location Coronado, CA

Clearance level required Secret

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure all requirements listed within this PWS are accomplished.
• Maintain oversight/supervision of all other contractor personnel assigned to this Contract.
• Prepare a Requirements Implementation Plan upon assignment, detailing the approach to be taken to execute the requirements in the PWS.
• Support candidates through the entire SOAS preparation and application process.
• Conduct pre and post-SOAS candidate follow-up and analysis.
• Develop and maintain a spreadsheet containing a list of all interested SEAL Officer Candidates which is to be included in the monthly report of SOAS activities.
• Consolidate and submit a PM’s consolidated monthly report to include the PMs Assessment of all activities; the candidate tracking spreadsheet; and the swim coach’s spreadsheet report.

Qualifications:

• Possess 5 or more years of experience working with NSW officer qualifications, accession, assessment, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
• Know through either direct or acquired means the inherent characteristics of successful SEAL officers.
• Possess and maintain SECRET security clearance.
