We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly tosupport our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virgnina

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu)
• TS/SCI with poly
• Minimum 10 years program management (IT contracts), incl. 5+ years managing multi-project programs
• Managed $20M+ in contracts
• Managed 3+ concurrent IT projects totaling 25+ FTE and 5+ subs/vendors
• Maintained ≥95% compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs; delivered ≥85% of contract deliverables on schedule

Desired Skills and Experience:

• PMP certification
• Experience with complex federal IT programs
• Leadership in industry best practices
• Strong innovation/change management
