
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will grow more complex or larger programs to ensure programs and goals are met and participants receive exceptional service. You will report to the Program Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will provide guidance to staff to ensure program goals and deadlines are met.
2. Coordinate the program budget and staffing requirements and ensure the program meets its reported goals.
3. Manage daily program activities and ensuring program requirements are met.
4. Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
5. Develop partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate in developing, and evaluating projects.
6. You will create awareness of tribal and public services offered to inform members of job opportunities that might be available.
7. Create and submit required program reports and ensure grant compliance.
8. Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
9. Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to tribal, federal and program policies, regulations, and goals.
10. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and seven [7] years of experience program services or related, OR eleven [11] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
Strong business and financial acumen

Strong problem-solving skills
General computer skills
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
