Dignitas Technologies is looking for a qualified Program Manager to support the LFS PLM at CPE ST3.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for execution of the Live-Fire Systems Product Line Management (PLM) contract, ensuring successful performance across logistics, configuration management, product improvements, field support, cybersecurity, and depot operations in support of BATL and ARC systems.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation; and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are achieved in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Lead recurring Management Reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs); present objective performance metrics, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to Government leadership, and ensure timely resolution of action items.
  • Direct cross-functional teams and subcontractors to execute configuration control, DMSMS management, FRACAS implementation, logistics operations, and field support activities, ensuring compliance with technical data package (TDP) baselines, cybersecurity requirements, and Government oversight processes.
  • Duties include coordination within a climate-controlled logistics facility supporting electronic components and spare parts inventory, as well as participation in meetings at Government and contractor sites.
  • Compliance with applicable security, cybersecurity, OPSEC, and safety requirements is mandatory.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience managing complex DoD programs, including oversight of cost, schedule, technical performance, and cross-functional teams supporting logistics, configuration management, and systems integration efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), conducting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and briefing senior Government leadership on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, product lifecycle management (PLM), DMSMS/obsolescence management, financial oversight, and performance metric tracking within a cost-type contract environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coordinate contractor teams, subcontractors, and Government representatives in both office and operational field environments.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, as required by the contract; must comply with OPSEC, cybersecurity, and credentialing requirements.
  • Ability to travel to CONUS (and potentially OCONUS) military installations to support program reviews, field support activities, and Government meetings.

Physical Demands

  • Work will be performed in a combination of contractor office spaces, warehouse/depot facilities, Government offices, and operational field environments.
  • Positions may require travel to CONUS (and potentially OCONUS) military installations to support live-fire training ranges, conduct on-site troubleshooting, integration, and program reviews.
  • Field support activities may involve outdoor environments and operational range conditions.
