Position Summary
The Program Management Support Specialist, dual focused position supports the execution of MIRACORP’s General Services Administration (GSA) programs and serves as both a client facing and employee facing role, overseeing project delivery, monitoring performance, coordinating staffing needs, and providing recruitment support  The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust with government stakeholders and employees, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Essential Functions
Project & Program Management
- Collect, analyze, and compile program performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and client communications
- Monitor task orders, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure contract compliance
- Support execution of the Quality Control Plan and verify services meet contractual standards
- Manage employee administrative requests, including training, travel, overtime, PTO, and leave of absence
- Evaluate employee performance against contractual requirements and assist with timely issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and MIRACORP employees
- Support quality assurance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement activities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention of personnel supporting GSA task orders
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and source qualified candidates
- Screen applicants for compliance with labor category qualifications and security clearance requirements
- Coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes in alignment with FAR and GSA standards
- Maintain accurate applicant and personnel records in the ATS and ensure documentation meets audit requirements
Client & Employee Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for government clients and MIRACORP employees regarding program operations and staffing
- Foster trust, credibility, and effective communication with the CO, COR, and other government points of contact
- Provide responsive support to employees and customers to ensure smooth program execution and high quality service delivery

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program support, or recruitment, preferably within a federal contracting environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Paycom
- Ability to travel up to 10% to customer locations
Preferred

Qualifications
- Familiarity with GSA contracts, labor categories, FAR, and federal compliance standards.
- Experience supporting GSA Schedules, IDIQ contracts, or multi state federal programs.
- Prior experience onboarding and managing personnel under the Service Contract Act (SCA).
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
