  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, and Capacity Planning to align platform priorities, demand signals, supply readiness, and deployment objectives for new platform introductions.
  • Lead scenario planning and operational decision-making by evaluating demand variability, supplier constraints, manufacturing capacity, and deployment risks while recommending data-driven planning strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead planning activities across Engineering, Product Management, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and Data Center Operations.
  • Develop executive-ready planning materials that synthesize complex business and operational issues into concise planning assumptions, risks, tradeoff analyses, recommendations, and operational impacts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews that align business priorities with operational capabilities, supplier readiness, manufacturing execution, and deployment schedules.
  • Challenge planning assumptions, identify operational risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend mitigation strategies that support informed business decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships across highly matrixed organizations while driving alignment between strategic planning objectives and operational execution.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing planning organization responsible for operational planning, supplier collaboration, planning systems, and supply planning execution.
  • Build organizational capability across demand planning, supply planning, planning analytics, scenario analysis, and integrated business planning.

  • 4+ years of experience leading planning teams or managing large cross-functional planning initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, validating, and operationalizing demand plans while translating those plans into executable supply and operational plans.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP/SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and supplier collaboration.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, and enterprise planning platforms such as Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or equivalent.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex planning strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and organizational development experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
