As a Program Management Associate within the Core Services Team, you will design and build user-facing analytics tools that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve managing multiple work streams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions directly support our mission to deliver exceptional data products and insights.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and build user-facing data analytics tools to enhance business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead and influence project delivery across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Develop and automate reporting, dashboards, and data models.
  • Utilize SQL, Excel, and data interaction tools to support analysis and product development.
  • Foster strong relationships through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Apply data wrangling tools, such as Alteryx, to streamline processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product capabilities and user experience.
  • Champion Agile methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in user-facing product ownership within financial services or regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to design and build user-centric data analytics tools managing large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in desktop tools (Excel) and SQL querying for technical and business analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex projects, influencing decision-making across teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of data and business intelligence concepts, including ETL, Data Modeling, and Reporting Automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assimilate business and technical knowledge quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible, integrating technical and business insights.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Deep knowledge of banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Cash, Derivatives, and Securities.
  • Experience with UI/UX design and implementation to enhance user interaction.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks to elevate product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data wrangling tools like Alteryx.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
