
Nakupuna Federal is seeking a Mid Program Management Analyst to support the Logistics Management and Fleet Support Functional Area within NAVWAR’s Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760). This role contributes to the planning, analysis, and execution of programs delivering integrated C4I capabilities to the Fleet, enabling improved operational readiness, interoperability, and warfighting effectiveness. The analyst will support program leadership through data-driven analysis, program performance tracking, and decision support, ensuring programs remain aligned with capability delivery timelines, operational priorities, and Fleet mission requirements.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,500.00 to $147,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
