We are looking for a hands-on and pragmatic program leader who thrives in complexity, enjoys building structure where little exists today, and can turn strategic priorities into measurable business impact.

At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high-performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we power the digital economy through secure and scalable infrastructure backed by 100% renewable energy.

This is a newly established role within the PMO, reporting to the VP PMO. As Bulk continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can both drive strategic transformation initiatives and help build the frameworks, governance, and ways of working needed to strengthen execution and continuous improvement over time.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation, driving alignment, execution, and measurable business impact

  • Establish and mature scalable governance, processes, and operational ways of working

  • Translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps and operational execution

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive progress, accountability, and alignment across complex initiatives

  • Introduce scalable structures and operating models in a fast-growing environment with evolving processes and priorities

  • Drive organisational change and support adoption of new ways of working across the business

  • Use data, digital tools, and operational insights to improve efficiency, visibility, and performance

Who are you?

You are a pragmatic and structured transformation leader who thrives in complex and evolving environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with the ability to create clarity, momentum, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

You are analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging existing ways of working to drive improvement and results. With a collaborative and resilient mindset, you build trust, influence decisions, and maintain progress in the face of ambiguity and change.

What you bring:

  • Higher education in business, engineering, management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in fast-paced, scaling, or project-driven environments

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and drive momentum across teams and stakeholders

  • Experience establishing or maturing frameworks, governance, and operational ways of working

  • Confidence working closely with senior leadership and navigating organisational complexity

  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Experience from consulting, infrastructure, technology, energy, industrial, or other operationally complex environments is advantageous. Certifications within program, project, or change management are a plus.

Why join us?

  • Help shape how a fast-growing infrastructure company scales and executes

  • Take on a newly established role with broad exposure and organisational impact

  • Drive high-impact transformation initiatives with strong leadership exposure

  • Be part of building the foundation for continuous improvement at Bulk
