This job is responsible for supporting programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
A successful Portfolio Analyst keeps the model portfolio management function organized, informed, and operating smoothly. This individual ensures leadership has timely visibility into portfolio activities, execution progress, governance outcomes, and emerging risks through high-quality reporting, effective stakeholder coordination, and disciplined follow-through. By owning the details, monitoring portfolio operations, and supporting day-to-day execution activities, this role enables portfolio leadership to remain focused on strategy, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and value realization across Client Protection's AI and modeling portfolio.
As Client Protection expands its portfolio of AI, analytics, and modeling initiatives, effective AI and model portfolio management requires strong coordination, operational discipline, and visibility into execution. Maintaining portfolio health, supporting governance forums, and providing timely insights enables leadership to focus on strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement, and value realization across an increasingly complex book of work.
The Portfolio Analyst supports Model Portfolio Management within Client Protection by coordinating portfolio activities, maintaining operating rhythms, and providing reporting, analysis, and communication support across AI and modeling initiatives. Working closely with portfolio leadership and stakeholders, this role drives follow-through on key activities, develops portfolio reporting and presentations, maintains critical trackers and governance materials, and helps ensure initiatives remain organized, visible, and on track. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in how analytical capabilities are prioritized, governed, and scaled across a large enterprise environment.

Pay range
$78,000.00 - $112,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
