Job Description

  • Coordinate multiple projects within the program, aligning them with broader objectives.
  • Provide regular program status updates.
  • Manage resources effectively across enterprise-wide projects.
  • Serve as a primary contact for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate to ensure business execution aligns with program goals.
  • Uphold standards and best practices across projects.
  • Address cross-project dependencies and conflicts.
  • Formulate and adapt program-level strategies.
  • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage program-level risks.
  • Graduate + MBA (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in program management / Project management / Credit/Risk within the retail or financial sector.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • PMO certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred not Mandatory
  • Proficient in project management software such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with Loan Onboarding System/Customer Journey / Internal User Journey
