
POSITION TITLE: PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR – SWIM TEAM COACH
DIVISION: MONON COMMUNITY CENTER
REPORTS TO: AQUATICS PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT; Starting at $15 per hour
Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this part-time position is to lead safe and effective swim practices for the Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation Sea Dragons Swim Team.
