About The Role:

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead faculty programs and student events related to Information Systems.
• Support the Information Systems Academics team with operational tasks, including:
• Assigning academic loads
  
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Overseeing performance management
  • Developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems
  • Handle administrative tasks related to faculty concerns and requests.
• Monitor online classes and provide instructors with constructive feedback.
• Work with the program head to conduct regular reviews, revisions, and development of the curriculum.
• Ensure that soft skills and values are thoroughly integrated into all college programs and courses, preparing students and graduates for industry success.
• Teach Information Systems-related subjects, totaling 9 to 12 units per trimester.

What our Client is Looking For:

• A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required
• Candidates must have completed their post-graduate degree or should becurrently undergoing their post-graduate degree
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in areas such as systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is essential.
• Experience or background in academia is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology concepts and emerging trends is required.
• Exceptional relationship-building and business communication skills are needed.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Adaptability to new tools and processes is an asset.
• A proactive, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
