Leidos’ Defense Systems is seeking a talented Program Finance Lead to support the Platform and Commercial Solutions Division. Leidos Defense Systems Sector provides a diverse portfolio of systems, solutions, and services covering land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for customers worldwide. As a core member of the team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing the Integrated Battle Command Systems portfolio of programs. You will be required to support multiple tasks in parallel, productively contribute to and lead team environments, and communicate effectively to management, coworkers, and customers. You must also be self-motivated and highly organized with a focus on managing customer expectations with a constant goal of generating high quality products that exceed stakeholder expectations.
You will work directly with the Program Portfolio Director, Division Finance and Business Operation Senior Manager and other functional IPTs to define the program’s financial goals and drive closure of those objectives. This position will be responsible for managing the overall execution of a portfolio of programs baselines and provide recommendations to achieve flawless program execution. Additionally, this position will support various proposal efforts across the portfolio, providing financial insights into proposal teams, developing cash flow analysis and supporting business case and profitability analysis to drive the long-term growth of the organization.

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
