
Leidos Air Traffic business area within the Homeland Sector has an opening for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) contract in Gaithersburg, MD.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of program financial planning and analysis, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly outlooks, Estimate at Complete (EAC), cash forecasting, risks and opportunities (R&O), and variance analysis.
Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Scheduling, and Functional organizations to ensure financial objectives are aligned.
Provide financial leadership for Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), cost performance analysis, Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) reviews, and variance reporting.
Support customer and internal reporting requirements, including IPMR, CFSR, PMR, MOR, and IPR deliverables and presentations.
Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and program leadership to assess program performance, identify trends, mitigate risks, and develop corrective actions when necessary.
Support ad-hoc cost reporting and performance analysis.
Review contract modifications, monitor funding status, maintain contract value and ensure sufficient funding is available.
Establish and maintain program financial controls, charge structures, and reporting processes.
Support growth, proposal, and business planning activities as required to achieve program and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including finance operations.
Prior defense contracting industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Strong hands-on experience in financial planning, financial analysis, forecasting, and general accounting.
Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), cost performance analysis, Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) reviews, and variance reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentations skills.
Positive can-do attitude, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, and Insight.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
