This position leads a cross-functional agenda with global stakeholders, advancing service, cost, quality, compliance and resilience objectives, without requiring formal ownership of a director-level P&L or large organization.

  • Partner with Quality and Manufacturing leadership to ensure supply chain practices meet regulatory and quality system requirements for medical device production.
  • Own the site’s operational reporting cadence, including KPI dashboards for cost, service level, throughput, inventory health and program performance, using insights to prioritize corrective action.
  • Champion standard work and digital enablement across planning, materials and logistics processes, partnering with IT and global process owners to improve visibility, data quality and adoption.
  • Translate global Operations and Supply Chain strategy into a site-level execution roadmap, with clear milestones and ownership.
  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance and IT, establishing governance, managing scope, risk, dependencies and timelines, and communicating decisions and progress to senior stakeholders.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or operations roles, ideally within medical device, pharma or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Experience working within a matrixed, multinational organization, partnering with stakeholders across the US and other regions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence without direct authority.
  • Skilled in structured program management, including governance, risk management, business-case development and benefits tracking.
  • Strategic thinker, able to execute at a tactical site level and convert strategy into a clear, measurable roadmap.
  • Strong stakeholder management across geographies and functions, partnering confidently with global and US-based leaders.
  • Data-driven, comfortable owning KPI reporting and turning performance insights into action.
