Job Description

I am currently working with a reputable listco that is listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
WIth a new product taking exponential momentum and traction since it's birth, the company is now exploring the opportunity to spin-off this division to allow for a greater reach that is not of conflict to the current company's market positioning.
A large program with the full backing of the leadership team, they are now seeking a program director that can take charge of the spin-off.
To be considered for the role, you must have excessive experience within corporate development and any direct spin-off experience of a listco is ideal.
In return, you'll be given the opportunity to lead a key strategic initiative of the company with the opportunity to become the spin-off's Chief Strategy Office post spin-off.
