You’re a purposeful leader who understands the why and connects everyday moments to the big picture.
You will be excited by the opportunity to shape and mobilise a state-critical renewable energy and transport program, leading operational integration, stakeholder alignment and strategic decision-making at scale across NSW.
In this role, you'll:
Join the Operations Planning branch of the Coordinator-General division, that is responsible for integrated multi-modal transport planning and operational improvements for changes to the traffic and public transport system associated with infrastructure delivery, planned changes to networks and services.
Reporting to the ED Operations Planning, you will lead the establishment of the Renewables Energy Zone (REZ) program at a pivotal stage, bringing clarity, structure and momentum in a complex, evolving environment to enable safe, efficient and integrated operations across the transport network.
Drive strategic and operational alignment by translating emerging analysis into clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior executives and government stakeholders, shaping investment pathways and major program decisions.
Drive discovery, commercial assessment and program mobilisation, testing multiple options and surfacing insights to inform strategic decisions and major investment approvals.
Lead the design and mobilisation of operational systems and program frameworks, ensuring readiness for delivery, integrating transport operations, and enabling effective transition into ongoing service and operational environments.
Oversee high-level coordination across agencies, industry and communities, building trusted partnerships while balancing commercial outcomes, road safety and whole-of-network impacts to support sustainable regional outcomes.
