Our Program Director is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role at International SOS and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal Program Director is proactive and drives the project and going to get a decision instead of requesting for one.

• Lead and drive project execution from initiation till handover and completion
• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Review and revise scope in light of any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk
• Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes, and provide input to develop and improve such methodologies and processes, to meet best practice and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
