Program Director Life Cycle maintenance
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive delivery of the MR Life Cycle Management activities.
In this strategic leadership role, you will own program scope, budget, timelines, and quality, ensuring successful execution from product innovation through design transfer. You will lead a team of approximately 10 FTEs and play a key role within the MR PMO Leadership Team, contributing by managing the active product portfolio and Installed Base related activities.
Your role:
Own and prioritize the program backlog in alignment with the portfolio roadmap
Develop and manage the program roadmap, including scope, budget, resources, and dependencies
Ensure financial control and delivery against agreed targets
Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive corrective actions
Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders
Lead and develop the Best and Pune-based Program team
Ensure project governance, documentation compliance (DHF/DMR), and high-quality reporting
Drive continuous improvement and PMO transformation initiatives within your scope
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in program and/or project management, with a strong track record of successful delivery in complex environments
Minimum 5 years of experience within MR (Magnetic Resonance) innovation
Proven expertise within the MR domain, combined with a deep understanding of MR technologies and innovation processes
Broad experience across the full product lifecycle, including R&D, industrialization, and lifecycle management
Experience operating in a regulated MedTech environment (e.g. IEC/FDA framework)
Strong understanding of R&D processes and industry best practices
Demonstrated experience in people leadership and team development
Solid knowledge of project and program management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
Proven ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and matrixed environments
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking capabilities
Quality-focused mindset with experience in structured documentation and compliance-driven processes
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to coach, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability across teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
