Eliot is seeking a Director in our Jail Diversion Program This program works in partnership with the Police Department to support individuals, including adults, adolescents, children and families that are experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, with the goal of diverting them from the criminal justice system to appropriate treatment services.
The ideal candidate will provide clinical oversight, supervise Jail Diversion Program staff and collaborate with police departments and community stakeholders to divert those with mental health issues from the criminal justice system into appropriate services.
