The Program Director provides management, oversight, and leadership in compliance with regulations and contractual relationships, as well as aligning with Community Services Group’s (CSG) mission and core values. The Program Director is a member of the company’s leadership and is a resource person for Mental Health (MH) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services. The Program Director is a member of other operating committees as assigned.
The Program Director reports directly to the Senior Program Director or designee.
Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to meet the needs of the program and on-call responsibilities.
Wage Information:
$70,000.00 annually.
