What is a Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team?
Merakey’s Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) is a recovery-oriented program supporting individuals with both mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Through a high-touch, community-based model, DDTT delivers integrated mental health treatment, service coordination, and rehabilitation—empowering individuals to thrive in their homes and communities. As part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, you’ll gain hands-on experience, 24/7 support, and the opportunity to make a real difference—making DDTT an ideal choice for those seeking meaningful, mission-driven work with room to grow.
