Are you a compassionate leader with experience in human services, developmental disabilities, or residential programs? Join Sevita as a Program Director and lead a team dedicated to helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live independently and thrive in their communities.

What You'll Do
• Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other team members
• Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners
• Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards
• Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges as they arise
• Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Need
Required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Ability to obtain required state certifications upon hire
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
• Experience in residential services, supported living, community-based services, or disability services
