What You’ll Do
As a Program Director, you will provide overall leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality services. In this role, you will oversee services across an outpatient clinic and 1–2 local ABA centers, creating opportunities to build strong relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families you serve.
• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision to staff to ensure effective daily operations and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment and service plans
• Lead licensing reviews, develop corrective action plans, and ensure consistent follow-through
• Maintain program licensure and readiness at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, case managers, and community partners
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and interdisciplinary teams regarding progress, concerns, and outcomes
• Ensure proper oversight of program operations, including health, safety, and financial accountability for individuals served
What You Bring
• Active clinical license required (e.g., MHT, LPC, LMFT, OT, SLP, PT, BCBA, or related discipline)
• Master’s degree required for most clinical disciplines (or as required by licensure)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in human services, behavioral health, or pediatric settings
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (1–3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and quality care delivery
• Experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based care environments is highly valued
• Passion for mentoring, developing teams, and driving positive client outcomes
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Meets all state-specific licensure and credentialing requirements
