You’ll work with dynamic, collaborative, and passionate teams, taking ownership of system engineering and development activities for embedded network solutions

At the core of the role: coordination, technical leadership, and impact — working closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver high‑value solutions.

�� Your mission

  • Lead and coordinate cross‑site development initiatives, driving strong alignment and team synergy.
  • Act as the technical reference for the system and its architecture across the full lifecycle.
  • Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met.
  • Drive exchanges with stakeholders and technical leaders, enabling smooth collaboration.
  • Boost innovation and continuously optimize technical solutions.
  • Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture

�� About you

You bring:

  • An engineering degree (systems, software, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent).
  • Around 5 years of experience in embedded systems, electronic products, or IT/network environments.
  • Solid experience leading or coordinating technical teams
  • Fluent English, comfortable working in an international context.
  • Strong decision‑making and prioritization skills
  • A collaborative mindset built on transparency and adaptability
  • A proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving innovation.
