Prairie Spirit School Division is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Designer to join our team at the Martensville-Warman Early Years Family Resource Center. Working under the direction of the Superintendent and Coordinator of Learning Support Services, the Program Designer will play a vital role in strategically planning and implementing integrated early childhood development strategies that address the needs of families of Martensville, Warman, and surrounding areas. This position will involve translating early childhood pedagogy, theory, and research into practice through expert knowledge in early childhood development. The position will be approximately .40 FTE with a combination of remote, on site and office location. Depending on qualifications, this position offers a total compensation package of up to $50,000 annually, including salary and benefits. The position will start on November 4, 2026 and end on November 19, 2027.
