In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a team delivering people-focused programs that support strategic workforce and culture initiatives, this role will see you coordinate, manage, and evaluate programs that embed leadership, culture, and ways of working across the organisation.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, apply human-centred design methodologies, and facilitate sessions that drive organisational effectiveness and transformation.

About you

Your project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in culture and capability programs formed across HR, organisational development, and transformation roles will see you deliver tailored solutions, overcome competing priorities, and influence program adoption to lead to enhanced workforce outcomes and strategic alignment.

You're recognised as an adept communicator and negotiator, skilled at facilitating cross-functional collaboration, experienced in designing and delivering people strategies in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

ANSTO is one of Australia’s largest public research organisations and custodian of much of our country’s important science infrastructure, including the OPAL nuclear research reactor, the Australian Synchrotron, accelerators, cyclotrons and neutron beam instruments.
