About the opportunity

This is a critical leadership role responsible for bringing the future of Australia Post’s delivery partner network to life. As the Program Delivery Manager, you’ll take a strategically designed model and turn it into reality, leading its rollout across a complex, national operational environment.

You’ll sit at the centre of a large-scale transformation, working across operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure the model is delivered in a structured, phased, and scalable way. This is a highly visible role where your ability to drive execution, manage complexity, and lead change will directly impact network performance and long-term success.

What you’ll deliver with us

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Partner Strategy, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of Australia Post’s future delivery partner model, taking it from concept through to successful rollout across the network. You’ll ensure a structured, well-governed implementation that drives adoption, delivers measurable value, and sets the network up for long-term success.

You will also:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end implementation plan, including operational readiness, system integration, and phased rollout
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, partnering with Operations, Technology, and Program teams to ensure milestones are met
  • Drive change management, including communication and training to support adoption by internal teams and delivery partners
  • Monitor performance, risks, and benefits realisation, using data to optimise delivery outcomes and continuously improve the

About you

You’re an experienced delivery leader who thrives in complex, large-scale transformation environments. You bring a strong track record of executing multi-stream programs, balancing structure and pace, and navigating stakeholder complexity to get outcomes delivered.



You bring:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale programs or portfolios within operational, logistics, or similarly complex environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to assess performance, manage risk, and drive data-led decisions
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • A practical, outcomes-focused delivery style, with the ability to simplify complexity and mobilise action
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate strategy into execution
