About the opportunity
This is a critical leadership role responsible for bringing the future of Australia Post’s delivery partner network to life. As the Program Delivery Manager, you’ll take a strategically designed model and turn it into reality, leading its rollout across a complex, national operational environment.
You’ll sit at the centre of a large-scale transformation, working across operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure the model is delivered in a structured, phased, and scalable way. This is a highly visible role where your ability to drive execution, manage complexity, and lead change will directly impact network performance and long-term success.
What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to the Head of Delivery Partner Strategy, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of Australia Post’s future delivery partner model, taking it from concept through to successful rollout across the network. You’ll ensure a structured, well-governed implementation that drives adoption, delivers measurable value, and sets the network up for long-term success.
