  • Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, delivery artifacts, and transition materials for operational teams.
  • Provide oversight and support throughout the SDLC, including solution design reviews, testing coordination, QA, End-to-End Testing, and UAT activities.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence, fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Support business case development, strategic planning, budgeting activities, and executive-level decision-making.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and change impacts throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, risk, and governance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and industry requirements.
  • Prepare executive presentations, status updates, recommendations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the transition of completed initiatives into BAU operations through effective documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program delivery, product management, business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven experience delivering customer-focused products, services, or strategic initiatives within retail banking or financial services environments.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel banking, including digital, self-service, assisted service, and emerging customer channels.

  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles, SDLC processes, and technology-enabled business solutions.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer insights, business data, and market intelligence.
  • Ability to develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and delivery plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience supporting testing activities including QA, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
