We are seeking a Program Delivery Consultant (Junior) to support the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing product and platform initiatives within a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence supporting Personal & Business Banking. This role will focus on launching and enhancing digital offer management capabilities for everyday banking products, working closely with cross-functional partners across product, technology, analytics, design, and operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong delivery discipline, stakeholder management skills, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to operate in both Agile and Waterfall environments. This is a hands-on delivery role ideal for someone who enjoys translating strategy into execution and navigating complex, matrixed organizations.

Pay Rate: $44/hour T4 / $50/hour IC
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of initiatives related to an Offer Management Platform for everyday banking products.
Design, develop, and launch new or enhanced products and services through the full program delivery lifecycle.
Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes.
Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into BAU (run) teams, including documentation and support materials.
Leverage customer insights, data, and feedback to inform problem definition and solution design.
Apply design thinking principles and design system frameworks to shape customer-centric solutions.
Prioritize features and delivery decisions based on customer needs and value.
Assist with the development of strategic plans and delivery roadmaps.
Groom and manage delivery backlogs with alignment to broader business, channel, and product strategies.
Clearly articulate trade-offs, priorities, and delivery decisions within a strategic framework.
Provide delivery recommendations within the SDLC across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Maintain working knowledge of core product systems, enabling technologies, and system constraints.
Provide oversight and coordination across QA, end-to-end testing, and UAT activities.
Monitor key product performance, growth, and delivery metrics.
Use data and analysis to inform prioritization, backlog decisions, and value articulation.
Support the development of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and project approvals.
Act as a liaison between product, technology, analytics, operations, and external partners.
Deliver clear, concise communication and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships as required.
Partner with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure solutions meet control and governance requirements.
Identify, assess, and help mitigate delivery risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years of experience delivering high-impact product or service initiatives.
3–5 years of experience in product management or program/project delivery, including exposure to product design, functionality, and regulatory considerations.
Experience leading complex initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of customer experience, design thinking, and data-informed decision making.
Analytical and financial acumen to support business cases and prioritization decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Prior experience in financial services or retail banking (highly preferred).
Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
