
Lead the implementation, adoption, and scale-up of Quest Alliance’s school transformation initiatives across the state by enabling teacher-led delivery, strengthening government partnerships, driving data-informed decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence. The role is accountable for achieving program outcomes, maintaining implementation quality, stewarding stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team aligned with Quest Alliance’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end implementation of program activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and achievement of outcomes.
Develop and monitor implementation plans, delivery milestones, and operational reviews.
Ensure effective execution of teacher-facing interventions, including future skills programs, Ideathon, and digital engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular field visits and implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Strengthen teacher and Master Trainer (MT) engagement to ensure successful program adoption and scale.
Design and facilitate capacity-building, mentoring, and support mechanisms for teachers, MTs, and team members.
Ensure high-quality cascade implementation across schools and districts through ongoing coaching and handholding.
Promote recognition, motivation, and evidence-based implementation practices among teachers.
Develop and sustain strategic relationships with government education departments and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison for district and state-level engagement, advocacy, and coordination.
Represent Quest Alliance in education forums, collaborative platforms, and stakeholder meetings.
Strengthen the organisation's visibility and influence by positioning Quest Alliance as a thought leader in future skills and school transformation.
Ensure robust monitoring systems, data quality, and adherence to program reporting frameworks.
Analyse implementation data and insights to guide operational decisions and continuous improvement.
Lead documentation of best practices, impact stories, and program learnings.
Ensure timely and high-quality donor, government, and internal reporting.
Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure operational effectiveness.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking, and financial compliance.
Ensure donor commitments, project deliverables, and reporting obligations are met.
Strengthen coordination, review, and governance processes across program operations.
Ensure adherence to organisational policies, systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
Take ownership of personal learning goals while fostering growth and capability development across the team.
Required Experiences & Skills:
4-5 years’ experience in teaching, mentoring, or education program delivery
Proven experience working with government stakeholders
Strong skills in training delivery, communication, and report writing
Willingness to travel frequently within districts
Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory
Prior exposure to or interest in STEM mindset, computational thinking or critical thinking approaches in education would be beneficial
Salary:
The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 60,000/- per month (cost to company) (
