
The Dialysis Program Coordinator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently billing for dialysis services, including hemodialysis, peritoneal, and home dialysis. They will also be managing patient accounts and ensuring timely payment for services rendered. This involves creating and submitting claims, following up on unpaid accounts and denials, and maintaining detailed patient records. Additionally, they will play a role in insurance verifications, authorizations, and resolving billing discrepancies.
The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and program support to plan, implement and coordinate programs, events and educational activities ,and to administer policies and procedures as well as office management.
