About the position:
The KWY Program Coordinator – Intensive Family Services provides senior practice leadership, clinical direction and operational coordination to Family Practitioners. 1 year contract.
The Program Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager and Director. The Program Coordinator supports high‑risk decision‑making, oversees allocation and flow of referrals,
monitors key performance indicators, and ensures service delivery aligns with cultural, clinical and contractual requirements.
This role plays a key leadership function in risk management, supervision, workforce capability, continuous improvement, and partnership engagement, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing in the family home.
