The Education Research Center is seeking a Program Coordinator I to play a key role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of assigned programs within the Center. This position will oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and initiatives, particularly throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on advancing educational research and program excellence.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties/Tasks
Program Planning and Implementation
Plans and implements program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops.
Coordinates program communications and marketing.
Plans and implement programs and assist in their evaluation.
Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings.
Program Coordination and Support
Assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.
Compiles program statistics.
Maintains program records and databases.
Staff and Training Management
May supervise program staff.
May develop and update training materials and deliver training sessions.
Funding and Resource Management
Assists in identifying funding opportunities.
