Location: Lower Bucks County, PA

Status: Full-Time (Exempt)

Salary: $45,500 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a blend of administrative excellence and a heart for service.

The Essentials:

  • Education & Experience: An Associate’s Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Technological Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word) and comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment. This leadership position requires flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations. May be required to work nights and/or weekends.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage and track large amounts of information, including but not limited to medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys.
  • Reliability: A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, reliable vehicle and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities.

  • Is a Problem-Solver: You can anticipate needs before they arise and initiate solutions that prioritize the health and safety of our residents.
  • Has Diverse Experience: You have a background supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including dual diagnoses and behavioral challenges. Leadership experience is a plus!
