Description
Deaf Organizations Fund (DOF), a nonprofit subsidiary of Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD), strives to uplift the incredible, essential work of deaf organizations and programs nationwide. We envision a future in which deaf communities have access to a wide array of services provided by thriving, well-resourced organizations. To bring this vision closer to reality, DOF provides accessible grants and nonprofit resources for deaf organizations while advocating for increased accessibility in the philanthropic sector. DOF’s Program Coordinator will assist with managing the following programs: our annual Impact Grant, the Training Institute, and the emerging Deaf Nonprofit Hub. In this role, the Program Coordinator will ensure that DOF programs are effectively managed and attaining annual organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating multiple programs, building stakeholder relationships, and keeping abreast of nonprofit industry trends.
This is a part-time, short-term position with a potential to become a part-time, long-term position in the future.

This position is largely self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. The position works in a virtual office environment utilizing a computer and standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone, videophone, or text messaging. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The position may require travel up to 5%.
Salary Description
$25.00-$30.00/ hour
