Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Electrical and Electronic and Mechanical Engineering programs to ensure smooth operation and delivery.
• Manage session schedules, academic calendars, and all administrative work related to the above two programs.
• Provide student support by addressing academic inquiries and assisting with program-related issues.
• Organize departmental meetings, events, and other activities to enhance the learning experience and support the faculty.
• Collaborate with faculty members and other staff to ensure the efficient management of the programs.
• Assist in curriculum planning, program development, and academic support functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in academic administration or program coordination is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
