Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Review the Navigator client database and generate complex reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and program documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health Insurance team, including ordering materials, managing supplies, and maintaining promotional item inventory.
  • Assist with updating flyers, presentations, newsletters, and other outreach materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Take photos at company events and assist with organizing marketing materials and content.
  • Coordinate with external advertising agencies regarding social media publishing schedules, marketing materials, and Google Ads Grant activities.
  • Support email marketing efforts through platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, program coordination, operations support, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
  • Strong reporting, database management, and Excel skills with the ability to prepare and track complex reports accurately.
  • Strong task management and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
  • Ability to update and create simple promotional and outreach materials.
  • Willingness to learn and interest in communications, outreach, and digital marketing support.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with external vendors and advertising agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation

14 hours per week
On-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$35.00 per hour

NADAP serves over 35,000 individuals each year by providing our continuum of services to various populations, such as public assistance recipients, individuals living with chronic illnesses and disabilities, individuals with a history of court involvement and/or substance abuse, at-risk youth, as well as the business community.
