Amego Inc. is seeking a qualified and caring individual to join our residential services team. The residential program coordinator is responsible for the overall function of the assigned residential group home.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff members at all times
  • Oversee daily functions of the residential setting
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders including guardians, government agencies and management at all times
  • Supervise residential staff providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance though all areas of the program
  • Facilitate all services including behavior support plans, client financial responsibilities and health/dietary plans
  • Oversee the overall operations for assigned programs including, scheduling, recreational outings, appointments, finances for clients and petty cash.

Qualifications



Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in human services and/or a minimum of two years’ experience
  • Experience with and ability to implement ABA Therapy, PBS, and Physical Restraint procedures.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (American Heart Association) or ability to become certified.
  • MAP Certification or ability to become certified.

Must have and retain an active driver’s license.
