Job Description

Status: Full-Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

Salary: $45,000

Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the Delaware County/Chester Night Reporting Center program and ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery. Working closely with the Program Director, this position assists with program administration, staff support, participant intake and referral processes, and contract compliance activities.

The Program Coordinator serves as both an operational leader and direct service team member, helping ensure program goals are met while also providing advocacy services to youth and families. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about supporting positive outcomes for young people.

  • Assist the Program Director in overseeing daily program operations
  • Support compliance with contract requirements, agency policies, and service delivery standards
  • Coordinate participant intake, referral, and enrollment processes
  • Monitor documentation and program activities to support quality assurance efforts
  • Assist with staff scheduling, communication, and operational coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and program data
  • Collaborate with youth, families, community partners, and referral sources
  • Provide direct advocacy and support services to youth and families as needed
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor in community, school, and home settings
  • Support special projects, reporting requirements, and administrative functions as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience supporting program operations, supervising staff, managing budgets, or coordinating services
  • Experience working with youth and families in community-based, school-based, or home-based settings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Experience with electronic health record (EHR) or case management systems is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
