Our programs serve children 6 weeks to 12 years of age, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp.
The Program Coordinator plays an important leadership role in supporting the school's daily operations and educational programs. This position works closely with the School Director and Assistant School Director to help ensure classrooms are running effectively, children receive quality care and education, and the school remains compliant with COA policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
The Program Coordinator also serves as third-level management when the School Director or Assistant School Director is absent.
The base pay range for this position is $40,000–$45,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and other benefits.
