The Program Coordinator is actively involved in the managed repair programs BluSky has committed to provide excellent customer service. This includes daily involvement of commercial and residential losses assigned to BluSky. This is a highly interactive position that is essential to the success of the company's growth within the managed repair program industry. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the office Vice Presidents, Project Estimators, Project Managers, and Regional Program Directors to ensure key performance measures are being met on a consistent basis.
o Initial Contact time
o Time to inspect the loss.
o Estimate upload times.
o Update notes
o Documents such as work authorizations and certificates of satisfaction.
o Labeled Photos
o Xactanalysis, Claims Connect, Contractor Dashboard, and AlacNet.
o Additional systems as required by the programs.
o Recertifications.
o License and Insurance Compliance.
o Weekly POM's reports.
o Daily Job Tracker Review.
o Work with VPs & Program Coordinators on any changes/zip code, trades, deactivations/reactivations, etc.
o Review assignments/compliance to program guidelines, assist PM's when needed, troubleshoot and work with program contacts to help resolve.
o Password maintenance for shared/branch accounts like Contractor Connection Dashboard.
*Many of these tasks are unique to each branch so they have to be completed for all active branches on residential/commercial work
Associate degree in Business Administration or a construction related field preferred, but not required.

Occasional travel. This position is primarily local to Corporate Office. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
